The Fourth Committee, one of six main committees of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) will on Thursday, October 4, commence its work for the 73rd Session of the UNGA with Liberia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Permanent Representative to the United Nations seeking to be elected as chair.
